Cut Tofu into 24 pieces. Fry 6 pieces of tofu with potato starch.

Slice mini tomatoes and cucumbers

Fry 6 lotus root chips

Place the salad mix on the plate

Put tomatoes, cucumbers and tofu on top of the salad

Pour the dressing over and place the lotus root chips on as garnish.
