Spicy Creamy Miso Gyoza Udon

Method

Sauté onion, garlic, ginger paste while waiting, add gyoza to a separate pan to cook

Once sautéed, add shiitake mushrooms and chili paste to the pot, add milk and water to the pot, and bring to boil

Add miso paste and sugar once sugar is boiled down, add coconut milk, let simmer for 10 mins take noodle of choice (in this case, udon noodle) and put in in a bowl ready for assembling

Strain your miso broth and add to bowl of noodles

Assemble with 2-3 gyoza, shiitake mushrooms, spring onion, sesame seed, boiled egg (non vegan option) and sesame seeds. Drizzle over chilli oil and enjoy!
